Recordins not starting

hope someone can help with what I'm doing wrong! All my PVR Recordings are showing on my front page with picture and details
but recording times are all 00:00:00 in duration. I've tried recording to both the internal shared storage, and a SanDisk USB drive, and get same result.

I have been unable to record anything at all since the Buzz5beta update on my Buzz 4500XRS
Any suggestions?

What method of recording are you using?

in the EPG view, I find the program wishing to record, select the enter button in remote and then choose the red "Set Recording" option from the three menu options.

are you leaving it on that channel? changing channel? leaving on standby? ,shutting off?

shutting teh box off, then when recording starts, box turns on by the blue light,

but the show won't record

Do you have box set up so it goes straight to live tv?

no, I go to home page

 Change powerkey definitions to live tv

Also hit menu ,configuration, start on boot

and what about One Button Record, should that be On as well, I have that off

That's just another way to record so you don't have to schedule
