abronxtale Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 (edited) Hello, I currently have a XRS4500 max and want to watch Peacock TV but I live in Canada. Can someone please help me in how I go about installing a VPN so that I can do this? Or perhaps you know of another way. Thank for all the help. Edited February 4, 2022 by abronxtale Quote
Ryu Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 (edited) you need to subscribe vpn first and make sure they have support for android. then download apk from their site into usb from your pc and install via usb or just open up browser in your box and download directly from their site to your box or from play store. once done installing then use your credentials and you are good to go. abronxtale Posted February 4, 2022 Author Posted February 4, 2022 That simple? Can I use a current gmail account to download the app or should i make a new one? Recommend any particular VPN? Quote
Ryu Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 (edited) as dishuser stated you can download from aptoide. aptoide is built in and dont need any email to download. I dont use one but I know expressvpn, Nordvpn, ipvanish, cyberghost...etc are pretty good (I have tried trials). and its very easy simple to download and install. Edited February 4, 2022 by Ryu Quote
abronxtale Posted February 4, 2022 Author Posted February 4, 2022 Okay thanks. Going to try it. Once I download then I just download Peacock and should be good to go or do I have to do anything else? Quote
Ryu Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 download and install both apps first (vpn and peacock). once ready launch vpn app first then connect with desired country. once connected then launch peacock app. Quote
gig63 Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 You have to pay for the VPN, there is no such thing a a good free VPN. ExpressVPN, NordVPN and SurfsharkVPN are probable the most popular ones Surfshark is nice because it allows unlimited connections  Quote
