Device not Authorized

Hi guys, just received 2 XRS 4000's  from Amazon. 

Started the Set Up on the first one, and during the Checking for Updates, it pops up "Device not Authorized"

Then it says to contact cs@buzztv.com with the serial number. I can send it to someone that can help. please.

Anything I can do before Monday?

I have 4 other Buzz Tv products, none did this.
