Fred Perso Posted Tuesday at 12:01 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:01 PM Hi there, As many others, I have this error for a month now. Classic 5 / v20251127 firmware m3u is working without problem but for a month now (it worked for almost a year), xc api refuse to load. I checked with my provider. He gave me another url and suddenly it worked.. for 10 sec.! When I left app then get back, same error! Tried with / without vpn / change vpn city it's working with other apps (Tivimate / Implayer) it worked for almost a year then stop working recently (app update?) Cleared data / cache So it definitively comes form the app/box, not my provider Any ideas? Fred Quote
Emporium Posted Tuesday at 04:04 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:04 PM And the firmware has nothing to do with the API. Can you also provide the BuzzTV Version ? 5.0.xxx When you say it works with other apps, these are installed on the Buzz box also ? Possibly dub question, but just curious, do you have any punctuation like "!", "$", or "\" in username or password ? Some servers behave differently depending on the way the client software passes the info. Also, have you tried with another server, or is it just connection to this one server causing an issue ? Fred Perso Posted yesterday at 10:55 AM Author Posted yesterday at 10:55 AM Hi! I mentioned firmware to mention everything is up to date since app and firmware are updated all together. Buzz version if I got the right number is 5.0.956 Yes, Tivimate and IMplayer and installed on this same box and both working with m3u/xc api format without trouble No special characters in username nor password. Once again it works like a charm for 2 years (with same provider) and suddenly stopped working properly. I haven't tryied any other provider Quote

As that app stays logged in, even in the background The error message you're getting is a cloudflare error, its basically kicking the app connection We have no control over this 2 Quote

Not necessarily. The app is updated typically more frequently than the firmware. Your Firmware is dated 2025-11-27, and App version 5.0.956 was on 2025-12-15. 3 Quote

Neil Crombie Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I have the same issue. Cannot load portal: Not supported. yet tivimate works perfect. i can sometimes get it to work by first running tivimate then exit and run buzztv but doesn’t always work. Quote
