Dolby Atmos,\audio pass through issues

I just got the BuzzTV powerstation 6 a few days ago, and I cannot get it to pass through Dolby Atmos at best if I go in and manually check it, I can get it to do Dolby audio unknown sources that should work and do work on my shield and Apple TV. I do have certified 48GBPS cables and I’ve had no issues before. All the boxes are checked for everything that I’ve researched online and that I know from years of experience and still know Atmospass through. Called support and they were a joke. Looks like I might return the box. Any help would be awesome and I’d be very grateful for it. Also, this thing seems to take its time loading most things and I have gigabyte Internet.
