Did you purchase a service?

Also buzz 5 is software. Maybe you meant x5?

Did you buy an IPTV subscription ?

The Box does NOT include an IPTV subscription.  The box only includes the software needed to watch IPTV, you still need to get a subscrption.

If you already have an account/service, did you verify with your reseller that the account has not expired ?

IF the box was already configured with an account, go to the servers screen, and then select the MAC, XC API and M3U tab until you see one with an entry in it, and go down and select it.  And while you are there, does the entry show an expiry date ?
