Richard Demitra Posted Friday at 08:52 AM Posted Friday at 08:52 AM (edited) Hello BuzzTV Support, I own a BuzzTV Powerstation 6 and I am experiencing an issue with audio passthrough. Whenever I use Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital+, Dolby TrueHD, or Dolby Atmos passthrough, the sound briefly cuts out whenever I press any button on the remote (for example, when showing “Info” about the current video, adjusting volume, or opening any on-screen display). I would like to use my AVR (Denon/Marantz) to decode the audio formats directly, but these constant dropouts make Atmos and other passthrough formats unusable. Could you please advise if this is: a known firmware issue, a setting I may have overlooked (RAW vs IEC passthrough, audio mixing, etc.), or if there is an upcoming update that will fix this? Thank you for your support. Edited Friday at 08:54 AM by Richard Demitra Quote

T28 Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I can duplicate what Richard says but only when I am streaming 4k video. If I drop down to FHD or lower the audio drop outs go away. i am running a 7.1 system through a Trinnov Altitude16 Quote
