I have NEVER had to take a screenshot of any of my buzz boxes. Have no clue why you would need to, other than occasionally maybe having to send a screen snapshot to BuzzTV for reporting bugs. And in those cases, a quick snapshot with phone camera is sufficient. I do occasionally need to capture a short video to provide small tutorials to some of my elderly friends, but I ended up just getting a small cheap USB video capture device from amazon for short video tutorials.
