I Just bought a U5 32 Box, Live TV works, VOD works but TV series does not.

If I use m3u server format, TV series does not show up on the home page.  I have searched on VOD if they were there and nothing.

If I load using Xtreme,  TV series icon is on the home screen, it loads the series I can see the series, but will not play, when I click play,  the screen goes black for 2 seconds and then back to the same screen and displays a the following message  Unknown stream error

I can play the TV series on any IPTV app downloaded on the BuzzTV U5 box, but not using the BuzzTV 5 app?

I have  done all the updates and its running the following

IPTV Version 5.0.926

firmware V20240927

From the buzztv app (either in liveTV or even in VOD or TV Series), follow the instruction from nbs.. Hit the menu button, then go to settings, and configuration..  On the top you have options for LiveTV player, and VOD/TVSeries player.  

For VOD/TV Series player, go there and change the option.. You should have Primary, backup and external.  Try them and see if other options work better.
