TV guide categories changing

When I set a reminder or record on a channel say sports then my guide changes to the sports category. I reset to all and close it reopen the guide and it is set to sports again until the reminder or recording is done.

Is there a way to keep the guide on all?

Thanks sorry about that, I have two boxes that do the same a BuzzTV X5 C and a BuzzTV XR4500 both are up to date I believe.

XR4500 Firmware V20220919 IPTV Version 5.0.946

X5 Firmware V20240918 IPTV Version 5.0.946
