B5 update v20241010 is this version corrupted or has issues?

I received my new B5, everything was fine, the first update was correct, I put in the info from my provider, I watched television for a couple of hours, then it did another update and now it says: it can't load the portal: not supported? Why if it was working before? And I even took a video to send to a friend and then nothing could be seen until it went away completely, without changing any configuration.

No.. When du said "contact service for reset", it is your iptv service provider to reset your MAC account on their panel.

I have B5 and yes some channels don't work, they freezer, previous version same channels same server no issues, i believe it is the player it has a bug in the software, tried both players backup players is worse than main . needs to be looked at

my son has no freezing with his b5

start a new thread next time

My mom has a B5 also, and no freezing either.
