Since it is a Samsung, you may even get many of the integrated single remote functions to work with it.  However even if it doesn't workout for single remote programming,  you could always just use it with 2 separate remotes (one for the Buzz box and one for your TV - not a big deal really).

I even use many buzz boxes with basic 24" and 27" computer monitors which have an HDMI in and audio out.  I plug in a set of computer speakers to the monitor.  I even have one where I actually connected it to a computer monitor, and for speakers I had an old Dell sound bar which was USB driven, and plugged it directly into my Buzz box and surprisingly it recognized it an routed audio to it.
