Why doI have to keep restarting the Server every time I turn the Box on

I have 2 4900 boxes that I just bought in November 2021. One of them hs no issues and I can start watching my server channels as soon as I turn on the TV. It also stays ON unless I turn it off.

The SECOND Box always turns itself OFF and I have to restart it to watch anything from my Server. I have not found WHY it turns itself OFF and WHY it needs to be Reset every time. I am watching the same server link on BOTH Boxes.

It is extremely annoying for a box for which I paid through the nose to get in the USA.

My Canada based Rep told me he can get them there for almost half Price.

check your settings and make sure its same as other box

settings/device preferences/screen saver/put device to sleep (make sure its same as other box)

settings/advanced/powerkey definitions(make sure its same as other box)

you have 3 options to set up the power button: 1-suspended or standby 

                                                                                                         2- shut down or power off

                                                                                                           3-restart
