Didn’t sett up a password for my buzztv. Now it keeps telling my password or user name is wrong?

My buzzTV keeps say my password or username is wrong won’t let me into anything. I didn’t set a password up? Help.

default is 0000

and if its for not letting you connect then check your service is not expired. if not expired then perform a reset on provider side then try to connect again.

Mine is doing the same after update what that hell this updates are doing to are boxes ? How can I fix this problem now , I use Mac server , can some one help thank you

have your reseller do a reset
