Not Sure What I'm Doing

I purchased Buzz TV E5 and an iptv subscription.  When I press the "series " button on the remote it then shows me three headings: All Series, Favourites and Recently Watched.  Everything is empty.  Should this be.

It does have shows

Some services don't distinguish between TV series and VOD, they just consider them the same.  So in some cases, you'll just have to live with that

Does this mean they are just all mixed in with my channels

they could have their own category in vod

EDIT:  My BAD, I for some reason read your first reply as "IT APPEARS SO" not "it does NOT appear so".

But you should check with your provider like initially mentioned by nbs.
