Rob Brz Posted October 1, 2023 Posted October 1, 2023 If someone can help me with this issue on the x5 box. I changed different players in the configuration mode and still the same problem. Some movies work and some don't. Thanks in advance Quote
Emporium Posted October 1, 2023 Posted October 1, 2023 Try installing something like VLC player or MX Player and configure movies for External Player, just to check if that works any better. Quote
dishuser Posted October 1, 2023 Posted October 1, 2023 no need to install vlc it comes preloaded 1 Quote

You said "I changed different players in the configuration mode" in your first post. If you did, then you should have noticed that for VOD+TV Series, aside from the Primary and backup players, you should have the option for External. If you don't, please go to the updates screen and post your Firmware and Software version numbers please. Quote
Rob Brz Posted October 1, 2023 Author Posted October 1, 2023 I tried external and it doesn't work. What I meant is can I change the player in external and how Quote

Rob Brz Posted October 1, 2023 Author Posted October 1, 2023 It doesn't give me that option after pressing external. It just goes to media format not supported Quote
