Is there a way I can have the firmware sent to me to download and try to boot the box from the USB, was working fine and then without anything being touched went to black screen no signal

there is no need to post twice

also you should not be posting your personal info on a public site

Files can be loaded by usb but you need to be able to see the screen to do it
