Is there a way I can have the firmware sent to me to download and try to boot the box from the USB, was working fine and then without anything being touched went to black screen no signal MAC: c44eace6e0c1 S/N BuzztvB52236e0c1 Email: Edited out

My friend has a Buzz TV B5 STB android Box, it was playing and on, suddenly screen went Black and no signal. It is not HDMI cords, its not a tv issue those have all been trouble shooted, can not even see the BIOS if you reset the box. It is a black screen , but the blue power light is still on. Is there a firmware I can download and plug into the box to try and boot it up from a USB stick ?
