Buzztv X5 help

I have had the BuzzTv X5 128gb for over a year now. But since yesterday when I turn it on it keeps flickering the "buzztv 5 logo". That's all it does.

I think my hard drive is full thats why it's happening.

 

How do I reset my box? There are no buttons on it.
