coco02020 Posted October 6, 2021 Posted October 6, 2021 Hi! I was wondering if people have been contacting you about e1 and e1 plus BUZZ boxes (not sure about E2) not being able to update firmware. I have been getting calls from customers saying the update notification pops up on their tv screen but firmware update will not complete if they press update. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Quote

coco02020 Posted October 6, 2021 Author Posted October 6, 2021 All these boxes have been already set up and did an initial update The boxes are then sold to customers who are using them at home These customers at home are now getting a firmware update notification When they press update, it wont complete the update Quote
