I subscribed to IPTV service (URL was https:// ) and find out SSL protocol is not working and support team explained me that Buzz TV did not upgrade their SSL protocol since 2015. Is that true?

I bought four different units (3000 and 4500 ) during last 3 years. I am not buying 4900 until I know for sure it will work. More and more providers are using SSL.

That is not true.
Sometimes servers using SSL are using certificates that are not authorized by Google for Android OS, as they tend to use cheaper or free SSL certificates for their setup.

If you PM me, am sure we can figure out the actual issue here.

Switching from "default" to "secondary" player in settings in live TV helped! The tech support at IPTV provider was wrong. It is not SSL, it is  something in their video stream format.

Someone might be feeding you a line. I have used a service with https

I actually got a trial from a guy with https and it didn't work. When I told him he had to do something on his end to make it work. I have no idea what he did but he asked if I was using a VPN, when I confirmed he tweaked something. But channel zapping was the fastest I've ever seen on a service.
