I have 200 Polish channels among many other countries and all of them work fine except for the Polish channels. I have video but no sound. The only polish channel that does work is the PL - Corona Virus Info channel which uses the mp4a-latm audio codec. The other channels all use either ac3 or mpeg-l2 and neither one works. I'm using the latest XRS4500 firmware. If I use IPTV Smarters or XCIPTV apps they work fine. I just purchased the XRS4500 and am about to return it if there's no solution or workaround now. Only reason why I chose BuzzTV is because I bought this for my mom and this is the only app and remote that's easy for her to use thanks to the quick shortcuts like Live TV and Faves on the remote.

What does that mean? I didn't get any pm from you. If you're asking me to pm you then let me know exactly what you want.

In addition to my original message, with IPTV Smarters, the same audio codecs like ac3 work fine, regardless of whether I choose 384 kbps or 128 kbps. This is definitely a problem with the default BuzzTV XRS4500 app using the latest firmware (V20210723). I'm using the default Audio Output settings although I've tried all the other audio options to no avail. The same audio output works fine with IPTV Smarters on this box.

Thanks. I've tried iptv smarters and it works fine. I don't see an option anywhere in Live TV or Settings to view the player its using now or to select a different player. Yes I tried Green button which is where I get the option to choose mpeg-l2 or ac3. For PL channels the audio is always disabled but changing it to any of the alternative audio codecs I just mentioned I get no audio or video for that matter.

I have the same problem....

the channels that have 1:15 audio mp 4 work work fine sound wise.

However  channels with L2 sound have no sound. I have a xpr 4500 box

Could someone walk me in giving me the patch and how to install it?

Just change the Player

When in Live TV

Press Menu Button

Go to Configuration

Change the Player from Secondary to Default. The sound will start working again.
