RE: How to use Catchup on XRS4900

Hi I am trying to use Catchup but it doesn't work on the XRS4900 is there a setting I need to enable to get Catchup to work?

Catchup I tested and is working on Smarters IPTV Player.

Can you help me get it to work on the XRS4900 please.

Yes.

I see the Catchup Icon on the channel but when I click on the the shows in the EPG that are not live I get Media Format not supported. 

When I go into the Single EPG when I click on previous shows in the Single EPG it just circles.

In the Smarters IPTV it works perfect and let's me Pause, FF and RW.

So I know it works
