  1. Hi guys, I think I know the answer to this, but here goes...

    If I set up a Future Recording, and there is no EPG, will the XRS 4900 still record it? 

    I have Channel, Start Time End Time, every thing set up. 

    The show plays, just No EPG is in the Guide. This is a Server Issue correct?

  2. Hi guys, just received 2 XRS 4000's  from Amazon. 

    Started the Set Up on the first one, and during the Checking for Updates, it pops up "Device not Authorized"

    Then it says to contact cs@buzztv.com with the serial number. I can send it to someone that can help. please.

    Anything I can do before Monday?

    I have 4 other Buzz Tv products, none did this.

  3. Hi everyone, just a FYI update on this thread.

    It seems that if you choose User Mode in the XRS4900 Picture Settings, it causes the Resume-Picture Washed Out Issue. 

    If you choose any other setting in Picture Mode, such as Standard,  Vivid, Soft, Sport, Movie, There is no problem using Resume on TV Series, or VOD.

    I have to give credit to the great support team at Buzz TV. Was invited to Buzz TV headquarters on Friday, and this issue was resolved.

  4. I know, but if you start watching a TV Stream, then hit Back , then hit Resume, it comes back all messed up.

    Don't know what to say, tried it on 2 XRS 4900, and the same thing happens...

    Just tried it again, same thing, washed out picture, distorted, etc. 

    Hey, I love this box, but something is not right, 2 XRS 4900, showing the same problem...

  5. Hi everyone, have a issue with TV Series feeds. If you select a episode, let it play, then press Pause, Stop, and Resume, the signal feed comes back very distorted. Washed out, bad color, distorted. Its happening on Billions Season 5 especially. Is there something going on with the Stream retrieval feature?

    I have seen this on 2 XRS 4900 boxes.  My Shield, using the same server, IPTV Pro app, does not do this.

  6. Hi everyone, love the XRS 4900, but is there any way to have the Red Shut off light to turn off, say after a minute or two?

    It's kinda glaring at me, in low light conditions.

  7. Thanks NBS, checked the HDMI Multi Switch 4K x 2K 60Hz,  its good. Cables good

    Damn Vizio 4K tv is not a 4K, 1920 x 1080 HD only.

    Off to Tv store on Monday....
