My box constantly re boots sometimes several times a day. Tech support after 2 weeks haven’t really helped in any meaningful way. Happens on different tv’s at different times of the day. I have several X5’s of differing models and only this ones acting up,,right from the day I got it last fall.

I honestly think you need a new Power supply.

I've seen them fail, during Voltage Spikes before. Replace it, your good to go.

  2. Hi guys, here is my scenario, had a customer "Burn Up" 3 Classic 4500,s after about 3 months.  No way, I said.

I replaced all 3, No Charge. Started playing 20 questions with him.

Turns out he was plugging in a Hard Disk Memory unit that drew more power then the Buzz 4500 Power Transformer could provide to the Classic. He switched to Thumbnail Storage Drives, or USB storage Drives, and the problem went away.

.I got new Power supply's for all 3 units, and they are working fine, to this day. Mother's and Girlfriend's boxes. Just a complete Reboot, and set up. No damage inside.

You can't draw more power than the Supply Transformer can Provide.

The USB ports can only provide a small amount of Operation Voltage / Amperage /  Watts

Not sure if this will help, but like i said, this was my scenario.

  3. Okay, all of my Buzz products, including customers IP providers, wired ethernet, has measured average 90 Mbs.

I have Starlink with 200Mbs, wired 90 Mbs, through DLink Fast switch, Cat 7 for the router. On the P6, and everything else, 7 boxes....

On Wireless StarLink G5 Wireless, connection P6, 200 Mbs.

All of my Buzz Boxes never went above 90 Mb, in any connection, or country, or IP provider Feed.

I have a customer that has 900 mbs measured by Anlaiti, WiFi, ethernet wired, 90 Mbs.

Hope this helps, Its not your IP provider.

I travel a lot, and test these boxes everywhere.

    Thank you,

  4. Okay, that took a while, Deleting took 2 minutes for each XC Server. Cleared Cache on Buzz6. Cache was at 660mb.

Put first URL in, and it connected, no changes in URL address.

Now for the 4 other servers.

I did load 1 server into Buzz5 and it worked perfectly.

Will update after loading the rest of the servers, including the MAC server.

    Thanks Ryu

  5. Hi guys, just noticed my P6 Buzz6 not loading (3) XC Servers. Channel Stream Error.

And the Guide defaults to True 4k Bloomberg channel. Does not matter what XC server is selected.

It does load a MAC Server (1) on P6 Buzz6.

My XRS4900 loads all the same XC servers properly.

    Any ideas why?

    Thanks, Mark7
