  2. This issue is still occurring on December 19 2021 I am still getting the same issue that I reported way earlier this year this issue still isn't fixed. I am running the latest firmware and it still isn't fixed.. Current Firmware Version: V200211111\ Current IPTV Version 4.0.522 So this issue isn't still solved even with the most recent Firmware.

  6. Ok now before you try and blame the service it isn't the service for this issue. Basically what happens is the sound just randomly cuts out on my buzz tv box only. Now I have my providers app as well and when the sound cuts out on my TV using my BuzzTV box the sound is perfectly fine still on their app and doesn't cut out. This isn't an issue with the provider because it only happens on the BuzzTV box! Basically what happens is the sound just randomly cuts out and I still have video but no audio and then it just randomly comes back again. This is most definately an issue with the BuzzTV box itself. Please fix this immediately. As I said the sound stays on and works perfectly on their app when I am watching it at the same time with my tablet but cuts out on my buzztv box so I have NO sound what so ever on my buzz TV box. This is annoying you need to fix this. This is most definately an issue with the BuzzTV box because the sound works perfectly on their app or even Perfect Player on my tablet using either one. But on BuzzTV the sound randomly cuts out and it isn't just one channel either it does it randomly on various channels. This is again an issue with the BuzzTV box and NOT the provider.
  7. No it isn't fixed that is why i am reporting it. The issue isn't fixed also the issue which is why I am reporting it here. Also the issue with the Blue tooth has stopped responding is also not fixed which they claim they fixed in the last patch as well. Neither issue is resolved.
  8. I am not PMing anyone they need to put a patch out to fix the issue. This needs to be immediately patched and fixed.

So I was given a M3U and a EPG line by the provider I have entered both and yes they are correct but yet the EPG isn't populating on my Buzz TV XR 4000 now if I use Perfect Player on my Tablet using the same information it works and I see the EPG but when I use the same information on my Buzz TV XR 4000 box the EPG isn't populating. Again the line is correct I have checked it over and over again the issue isn't with the line. I believe that this is an issue with the BuzzTV Software. Otherwise why would the EPG work on Perfect Player on my Tablet and it shows all the data. The BuzzTV XR 4000 box is running Firmware Version: V20201219 All I get for the EPG is "No Information" coming up the URL for the EPG is correct but no EPG data is being displayed.. why? Please fix this!
  10. So what was the update that I got on December 23 2020. It is version V20201219 I got an update about 2 days go and it messed up my ability to sort my favorites. When you pressed the button to sort favorites it took you into the VOD screen instead. Now it appears that this patch today fixes that. I got a patch a couple of days ago which made my ability to sort my favorites and then the patch today seems to fix it but I don't see any patch notes for this new patch that came out today. What else does it fix? I don't see any patch notes for this new patch that came down today Dec 23 2020. Thanks,
