  1. Funny thing MX player free version with neon codec pack does the job. That makes no sense at all.
  2. I tried to purchase the app thru the Google Play store on 4500 and it says already purchased.
  3. I purchased MX player pro thru Google Play store on my phone. When I goto Google Play store on the 4500 it says buy. So I goto buy and says already purchased. So can't install. Has any one come across this. Thank you.
  4. I'm talking about the remote mouse. I'm pretty sure if you hold the ok button down on one of the shows and move left or right the rows and page will move with it.
  5. If you have the ARQ-100 try putting in mouse mode and hold down the ok button while moving the pointer up and down. The screen I believe will scroll. Also I believe you can hold ok and drag left to right too. I don't use netflix so I thinking from memory. Cant hurt to try. Hope it helps.

    Buttons stop working

    I just pull the battery and put back in. Weird one.
  7. I'm having same issue with ARQ-100 and the XRS-4500. Buttons just stop responding. I too have to remove a battery and it's ok after that. Pretty sure this remote is wifi.
  8. Could be watching a video or whatever and the play/pause, home, mouse etc.... Just become unresponsive. I have to pull a battery to get those buttons to work again. Any thoughts?

  10. Well a update on the slow app issue. I disabled the NordVPN software. As in it's not connecting to anything at the moment. The apps mentioned have sped up. I started to think about connection stuff. I don't notice the slow down on the other box. Could be the nordvpn software is the issue as in compatibility or just doesn't like the environment.

  12. The first remote comes with it. Second one is updated model you can purchase. I have ordered the second one due to the fact it has the built in keyboard.

  14. I'm curious is there any way it could be the internet priority these apps are getting. I hope I can explain this right. Is it possible the firmware is giving a higher priority to some apps more than others. Its seems the slow down i'm having is when its gathering data to do what it needs to do. The Buzztv4 app is very quick to load data and stream. Does any of this make sense? Thank you.

  17. Thanks for the reply. It is hardwired with 600mb/s service. Did a factory reset. I figured maybe it might a android 8 vs 9 issue. One of the apps works great on Android 8, slow on 9. So I'm guessing the rest I see from people could be dealt with, with an update.
  18. Well issues. Remote is flaky when paired for Bluetooth. Had to turn bluetooth off for remote. Seen that issue posted already. The whole box seems sluggish. My apps are slow. Internet is slow. Older box faster all around. Wondering if it's android 9? My old box is 8. Wondering if I should have not updated. I purchased on the fact I was told it was a beast. Please help. Not happy at moment. Thank you.
