do you have the backlight turned on the remote? mine was doing the same turned it off easily lasts 2-3 months now.

just tried it again on suspend and it stayed off will leave it like that and see what happens thanks for the responses....

yea its doing it for me with either shutdown or suspend.

Hi, was wondering if anyone on the XRS 4500 has a issue when powering down the box, and after a few minutes it turns itself back on? this is on a full shutdown or standby thanks.
