your issue could be solved with a midol

you should post where it said to leave feedback

catchup is stored by the service some store up to 7 days worth not every service has catchup

you can only shift back as far as when you started watching that channel

for those that don't have catchup use timeshift

in guide/epg do you see a play button symbol with a ¾ circle around it?

your service might be using ISP lock

are you using the country you're from?

does the channel have catchup?

home page/settings/apps/buzz tv 5/clear cache

unless the channel has catchup follow Ryu's instructions

are we supposed to guess what you're using? kive tv? vod? tv series? youtube?

so there's no confusion the same goes for all categories if you switch from default to recently added the list will change

once you select recently added the all movies category will be listed that way

no left arrow needed when you scroll down there is a description on right side of screen perhaps it wasn't implemented in this update anyways it's to force ts to work on channels that have catchup you have to also pick a location where to store ts cache

does it not give you a description to the right of screen when you hilite force usb ts?

menu/pvr/pvr options it explains what force usb ts does

what's battery percentage? as for resolution I use auto and have no issues on a 720,1080 and 4k tv's

since you posted in 2 different sections what model do you have?

I use backup for vod/tv series on one of the servers I use external worked but then you have to manually mark it as played

try external player keep in mind sometimes vod/tv series don't play instantly

try a different video player menu/settings/configuration
