shutdown IMO is the better method why shorten the life of hardware?

they still haven't proved it's modified all devices come with preloaded apps that's not custom software to a dealer

so wifi or wired from the pod shouldn't make a huge difference

but is op using wifi from the router or the pod?

epg is coming from server when using mac unless they fix it your hands are tied using mac plus majority of services give more than one connection using xc api or m3u so you record or download while watching a different channel

this is why you're given options if backup works for vod(I and many others use it and am pretty sure it's the default setting)then use it

you don't get any epg options using mac I use xc api and get 7 days of guide in seconds but sure I can see how that isn't helpful

see if the service can switch you to xc
