not bad all was done in under 15 minutesnow fingers are crossed it turns on tomorrow...lol

did a reset almost done loading my apps restored buzztv 5 app settings

just start recording on one server then switch servers and recording will still continue I remember doing 3 recordings,a download and watching livetv from 2 servers all recordings and download completed

if it doesn't power on with remote tomorrow I'll do a factory reset

just as I thought it's the os it worx on android 11 models

I don't use cec since I have the bt200 remote

just tried it and it failed maybe because of a software update or os will try it later on my x5 or classic after funeral

I've done recording from 2 different services at same time while watching livetv in the past I'm positive I posted about it here on this site

no go after being off overnight yet it powers back on after watching it for a short while and I power off

thanx for the suggestion I use ethernet but found wifi turned on even though it's been off since I pretty much got it wifi would fail after a few hours so instead of sending it back I got the drill and fish tape out and ran cable...lol will see how it goes in the morning

last 2 mornings remote won't turn box on but it turns it off remote is paired firmware version 20230923 anyone else having this issue?

my 4900 got a firmware upate on 20230923 my 4000 and 4500 didn't

that's because you do have latest update which was released late october 5.0.906

try xc api instead

that's not default you set it that way you need to be child proofed from the remote

posting latest updates is useless what are the firmware/software versions? what video player are you using? what stream format? post anything that can help you get help

Open the app Select your Profile Select App Settings Under Video Playback, select ‘Mobile Data Usage’ You can use either the Automatic (best video available) option, or ‘Save Data’, which will stream at lower quality but use less data. also you posted in the wrong section
