are you holding the button when applying power?

there's only one button on the box

unplug the power push the button on the box and hold down hook up power release button when recovery screen appears select wipe data/factory reset

you can't change stream format using mac

did you try a 3rd party iptv app to confirm it's not the service you use?

have you tried it with force max volume on?

just installed it and it worx used aptoide
