when using ethernet make sure wifi is turned off

are you using streaming line or m3u?

ask your provider if they have alternate url's

I have same update and I can power off and it stays off

all I know is both mine function correctly

although I had one act up a few months ago but after re pairing it worx fine

only button that don't work is the rocket

so how can it update when it's off?

after all you are entering info in "server"

cause mac is the devices addy

all buzz's have 2 mac's

with 4000 series you submit server id

you must have set it to live tv on boot

exit and go to settings

you have to use mouse with netflix

have you tried a different player?
