This fixes it. 

the back button has never opened up channel list on any model

the ok button did and still does

prior to update had no issues with back button

now after changing channel back button brings up channel list so now info bar on bottom stays for scheduled time

they're stuck on recovery screen

select wipe data/factory reset

did you try a different player?

push pin and hold

then apply power

wait about 20 seconds for recovery screen to appear

No resolsoution currently. It has worked in the past, but that may have been just coincidental. Its not doing anything now.

and you chose wipe data/factory reset in recovery mode?

I have no issues recording and playing back using secondary player

i have tried the clear epg option as per dish user feedback , even tried changing the epg offset to a different time slot and still not populating.

 

I can only get it to populate on 1 channel on a time when I land on it.

can't test the 4000 since it's mac only
