  1. mine was fine vertically but slow horizontally turned mouse off/on and it worx fine
  2. maybe download got corrupted you could try a hard(pin) reset

  18. I use default and get that on a few channels sometimes it's not disabled but I select back and forth and I get audio

  22. try reading this then I just picked up this box and changed my iptv services to this new box MACID and EPG doesn't show any info
