the back button has never opened up channel list on any model the ok button did and still does -

prior to update had no issues with back button now after changing channel back button brings up channel list so now info bar on bottom stays for scheduled time -
but that's not a hard reboot

select wipe data/factory reset

did you try a different player?

push pin and hold then apply power wait about 20 seconds for recovery screen to appear

and you chose wipe data/factory reset in recovery mode?

I have no issues recording and playing back using secondary player

I've only got that when it wasn't able to communicate to server -
