If you aren't using an IPTV provider I would avoid this box. Disney+ and Peacock don't work and Netflix requires a mouse to be attached and it can't play 4K Netflix content. Even with those limitations it is an awesome IPTV player /pvr. Until they get other mainstream streaming apps to work properly, this stick probably isn't for you.
probably because they don't work with android 9 OS
could be it's because amazon is stuck on 7...lol
-
I own several brands of boxes and not one came with a user manual
especially to describe how to use iptv...lol

I am having the same problem no matter what the power settings. The front LED doesn't even go to red or off. Blinks for a second and then backup so actually doing a reboot.

Yes, the ARQ-100 has two batteries, one on either end of the remote.
To reset the remote by removing a battery, only one battery needs to be removed and put back in place.
This is why a reference is made to remove the battery [at one end] and put it back in.
Only one battery needs to be disconnected and reconnected, although the ARQ-100 does actually use 2 batteries, which are located one at each end of the remote.
that's not how you reset the remote

sounds like a bad m3u url

You need to push in the reset button (pin hole to the side of IR jack) and then power up while holding it in, until the menu appears on the screen.
I've just been informed that when the BT-100 is paired (via Bluetooth), the IR extender is disabled. If it is not paired, it functions as an IR remote via the IR extender. As an IR remote, I was told, it will wake the ST4000. But it cannot be paired for this function to work... I've been told.
so you don't know

push in reset button and then power up

on screen you scroll to the right

how old is the drive?
why not insert a 2.5" in the bottom?
instead of relying on usb power?
-
do you use classic mode?
-
it's not a problem with android 9 as I have the st4000,xr4000 and xrs4500
and all power off like my xpl3000,xpl3000 basic and xpl3900 which are 6 or 7

a sat pvr has 10x the storage to be able to be a pvr so I doubt it's possible
your third request could be possible on same network
I have no issues shutting down any of my buzz devices

your point being?
since he was talking to me and not you I will answer you
that was just dumb to do over a mac addy change
you just went to a box that has about a quarter of the horsepower
next time you renew your sub get user/pass instead of mac
