  2. Hello all. i had gotten the ax box in July. When bootup completes I get the message diag mode boot completed detected twice. i cannot watch tv unless the second message displays. And at least every hour and a half to two hours the box displays on my tv screen lost internet connection check your internet. none of this happened with my original box buzz 5. the new box is ai/ax 128 with usb c. most of the time when the box displays lost internet it actually didn’t sometimes when it really lost the internet connection I can go to settings/server and reconnect. Other times I can refresh. Other times I have to shut it off and then restart the box. im assuming that this behavior is not normal. this never happened with the buzz box I bought a few years ago. nothing else besides the buzz box loses internet, the actual tv, the computer I am using at the time, my iPad nor my Samsung smartphone. is there something that I can do or will I just have to accept that this is the behavior of the box? thank you for reading my rant Jerry

  5. I will take him up on his offer. it can’t hurt to have a buzz box connected to different tvs. I just need the info on where to send it and all
  6. Thank you. I bought a new one and I’ll consider sending the one I bricked to be fixed. ive also found ipsmarters that I can put on my lg tv. im still going to use the buzz box x5 and will use the app on the tv as my backup. the Iptv I use costs $18 a year but you can only use it on one device. the new buzz box arrives on Thursday. Until then I can at least watch the Iptv that I currently use. ‘thank you everyone

  8. It’s been 32 minutes and the light is red, the tv says no signal
  9. Yes, several times before I attempted it. several times over 3 days
  10. Ok, I’ll do that again but this time I’ll,just leave it alone. i won’t touch the box for at least 30,minutes. Ive only waited about 15 to 20 minutes the 4 times I’ve done that already
  11. Which instructions? I’ll follow any and all instructions. i just assume that I pulled the power plug too soon and that’s why it does nothing now. is there something i need to know?
  12. Try again. It’s not the hdmi the box doesn’t boot. Light is red. Tv says no signal. oh, well thsnk you
  13. Yes. im thinking I should have just waited longer. i would not be surprised if the buzz box is now bricked
  14. I put the sad card in, held down with a toothpick the reset thing, plugged it in while still having the reset thing pushed. It went black on the tv screen and the red light was on. After about 15 minutes of nothing I unplugged it. Waited for a count of 20 and plugged the power back in. The light is red and the tv says no signal. I know the problem was me
  15. Well I did something wrong somehow and the box won’t boot. I’m guessing that I need to buy a new one. unless someone knows something I can do. thank you everyone

  17. i feel comfortable updating my box with the files on an sd card but the link brings me to an empty folder. is there a way to get the 3 files so i can put them on the sd card to do the update? thank you
  18. What is a dns filter and the box worked fine until about a week ago

  20. I also have the x5 128 with android 11 and did not receive this update. how would I be able to get this update and install it? thank you jerry
