Yes i can feel the micro switch and ear it when i insert my toothpick in the av hole, and yes i push it then plug the power in and hold(more than a minute). when i do it, the first icon show on the center but the light turn red and the box froze there. I can't do nothing after. i also tried an other screen and hdmi cable. what do you think?

hello, i have the same exact issue with a U5 box, the hard reset procedure does not work(toothpick and hold...) with this box. Is it an other way to do it? i have tried multiple time with different technique i saw on YouTube for other boxes, and nothing works

how can i access the android recovery page if my u5 box bug durring bootup? i don't have access to the menu. it boot with the static logo then the animation then the static logo again and keep flashing the tv. is it a way to do it by the av port with a tooth pick? thank you
