At first everything was OK and the error is that I went to storage and clicked to sd card and there we go. The sd card is in the slot and it's not recognize by X5. Other than reset is there a bathers way to recognize the card? Please help

Hi,dishuser I returned the box for replacement today. It wasn't detecting my ethernet. I did a factory reset and it didn't work. I bought a BuzzTV X5 - Android OS 11 - Amlogic 905x4-4GB DDR - 128GB eMMC. Will get it next Tuesday. Hope Will not get problems with that one. Just to let you know.

Dishuser you know all about BuzzTV essentials e2 max. We are lucky to have the internet and special people that give there time for helping others. Another question what would be the best setting in the developer option ??

Hi dishuser I'm experiencing another problem. While I'm a channel the screen is on no sound when the sound come the picture goes black. I have restart, reboot,still does same thing . Yesterday it was on another channel. All other channels works. It seam like went the box was new I didn't have those problems.

Hi dishuser, What Mac are you talking about. Mac address or MacBook? Also I'm trying to do a backup and after 1 hours it's not done?? Does it take that long?? Thanks

So sorry that I have to bug you again. I'm able to pre-register tv channels. But I can't download VOD movie. I get message download fail. In section download VOD all the movies I have chosen are (download failed )

Thank you very much dishuser hope this is last request. I see that there is a new update apparently of March 3 2023 but I check for update and it say I'm up to date. Current firmware version is V20220916 Current IPTV Version: 5.0.799 Last time checked for update: April 07,09:11AM. So do I have to look for updating in some other way to do the update ??

Thanks Ryu for helping it's very appreciated. Now I did it but it's not working and it could be my fault. I used the SD card instead of usb. That could be the reason why it didn't work. I have included a picture of live TV. And what is funny is the channel I used to rewind. There's no sound while there is a picture. And went no picture I have sound. But I see the TS to the left of CC REC HD 20230405_101814.heic
