Hi, everybody wishing you all happy holidays. I'm still having to unplug my BuzzTV X5 and router and modem every day. It's always freezing, it's setup the way no timeshift no force usb ts. In the USB input I have a 32GB in blue input. That's my 3rd hard reset to day and I still have my old settings. Usually went you do a hard reset it's supposed to be like new but it keep my old settings and anyway I 'm still have freezing. You may say it's my supplier but I tried few weeks ago the one suggested by someone on the site and was freezing the same. So what should I do now?? If you need more information just let me know. My wife is not impressed, every time we are looking at a movie I have to restart. It's better with my cellular it's not freezing. I may not be able to rewind fast-forward pause record. But at the least it's not freezing. Please help

I would like to use MEU on my BuzzTV x5 128ai. First do I use BuzzTV app.? And how do I setup the M3U server. Regard Gilles

Thank you Emporium snd nbs . I open up the X5 this morning and the update was done. Last night I had shutdown everything and during the night the tv was open, so maybe it was done during that time . So everything is working fine. Thanks again

I'm experiencing problems like when I go to menu the X5 keep restarting. That's my third hard reset since yesterday. When I change channels the X5 restart itself and there's a lot of freezing. The video player is on backup. I can't run on primary it do the same thing. If I choose a channel that take to long to start it restart The current firmware version :V20230815 Current IPTV Version :5.0.884 Lasr time checked gor updates : Dun,22 Oct 2023 17:24 Running android 11 It freez on all channels. Please help!!

Thanks Emporium, I just tried this and it's worst. In a former thread I was suggested to turn off my VPN it was constantly freezing. Can someone tell how to choose a IPTV provider??

Hi, To day I had to do a factory reset to my BuzzTV X5 128AI. And new update last update V20230815 Current Fermware Version :V20230815 Current IPTV Version : 5.0.893 To day I had to reboot 3 times since this afternoon To night I can't view movies on primary video player and get a black screen. On backup video player it's working. So what's wrong with primary video player and why do I have to reboot so often ??

Weird thing yesterday night I wasted a movie and still have same problem there was a message but I didn't had time to cach it. It was like saying to ho to tv to control volume ??

I'm able to control volume with remote on tv program but can't control volume with remote went watching movies

Why am I getting almost 0 freezing on (backup) live tv video player. But on primary live TV it's regularly freezing every 5 to 10 minutes specialy on CBS USA channel like WABI TV5 News at 4 and some other channels.
