Yes they should as XRS 4500 supports 4K/60 The MAG 256 doesn't support 4K, so this would explain why it doesn't work.

Usually means the channel is down when that happens.

This happen after box was powered off/red light? And you powered it back on via the remote, and only got blue light? -

Try doing a wipe data/reset in recovery mode Then do a reboot See if that fixes it -
Correct. Biggest issue is, servers block multiple uses of same macs on multiple devices. And majority of users blame the buzz app for this. It also creates a ton of issues with Device Id. As I said earlier, if you're looking to use multiple servers on multiple devices, just use Streaming Lines or m3u.

Same Mac Address per slot. If you want to use different accounts Best to use M3U or Streaming Line. And no problem on the info.

You cant do that on the 3900. As it was originally made for 10 servers only. Only the 4000s and 4500s allow unlimited M3U + Server slots Its very rare that users use more then 2-3 servers at a time anyhow

Even if you have Widevine L1 DRM on an STB Doesn't automatically give you instant 4K for Netflix + Prime + Apple+ etc... Apps like these, require the device to get certified directly with the app creator. Netflix won't approve an AOSP STB for 4K or even their TV App at all If we used Android TV, Netflix wants 1 Million+ devices to be sold per year over a 3 year period We have sat in meetings with Netflix about this.

There are sort settings in episodes list, just use the green button Allow you to change from 0-9 to 9-0 Or you can use page up/down buttons We don't have a way to do a search for episodes

This was fixed via PM But I will list how here If you have this issue When in VOD Press the menu button Go to configuration Scroll to the bottom and turn Server Favorites On Do a reboot and it will start to work Majority of servers require Buzz app to save favorites to an internal database on the box. While a small amount of others have it stored on their server. So we just put an on/off switch to make it work for ones with this issue. -
You cannot record while the box is off That is why it didn't work for you.
