please do not go backward you need latest security to make things work on buzztv 2 app. we just sent out an update a few days ago. make sure you are updated.

I would suggest you talk to your service provider and ask for another server and check that too see if same issue happening with that service too, because i don't see any issues in my side.

When you are purchasing XR4000 / XRS4000 /XPL3000 they all come with IR remote, which has Static Mouse functions. We do have a Air Mouse remote which we sell by itself called ( ARQ 100 ). We did sell Buzztv Sticks called XPL3100 which came with a Bluetooth Remote and ARQ100 Air Mouse remote. but the remote you are having is IR remote and there is no way you could use it as Air Mouse.

please factory reset it, hookup HDMI, - Using a toothpick push inside of AV port and you feel a click. hold it down. - hookup power and hold the reset inside of AV port for good 15 seconds. - you will see a recovery screen, - using your remote scroll down and select factory reset. - once it is done you are still in recovery screen, select first one on the list ( reboot system now ) let it load

You need to work for Apple or Samsung Company and give idea's and lets see how much of that will get approved. you are asking a regular Tech guy who is trying to fix hardware/Software problems for customer's rather trying to change total look or feel of the main page for this Model. we should close post, this is just how you feel it should be. (( again if i get 1000 post request we will change the look and feel )) The little lines at the bottom of logo on start of XRS4000 is looked at by dev team, i have no control over it.

If we get over 1000 request i am going to make sure this option comes back on 4000. except that 4000 have its own goodies that should be good enough, and broom / bootup sound stays with 3000 only. The bootup sound is not a good idea, cause we had lots of complain.

On Model XPL3000 when you are on Server Page press Blue Button On XR4000 / XRS4000 it dose not have MAC or Server ID Change option.

your provider should help you with EPG.

please process this steps to fix, 1. Hookup the HDMI, and take the power cored out of the box. 2. Using a toothpick place it inside of AV connection and if you push in you will feel a little click, 3. Once you feel that click hold it and hookup the power. 4. Hold the AV port with toothpick for 15 seconds, 5. You should see the recovery Screen on TV. 6. Using the buzztv remote Select factory reset. it will factory reset and comes back to recovery screen. 7. Select Reboot. let it do its thing and it will load back to welcome screen. please update us here the results.

please check with the app to make sure it is compatible with OS 9.0 and if they left the part blank, under google play store you can check who created the app you can contact them for help and support.

We can do not support 3rd party apps on this forums. please use search engines for that.

The XR4000/XRS4000 is running OS 9.0 so mainly the Data read inside is read as MB and not Bits. Maybe the data you are getting rid of is just a temp info from an app. that should not show with main data. and to install Aptoide i would suggest you use the main browser on the box and search for aptoide tv and download it from official website, and once it is download you can install it.

which app is it that you are trying to delete data cache?
