    I found the problem and yes it was me not thinking straight. I did a reset of MAC address at the server end and all is fine. thanks all!

    I’m wrong it’s just the Mac’s on my 4900 Im using XCAPI on this device i just did a reset.

    I did a factory reset on my XSR4900 today and now I can’t connect to my portals I have 2 Mac’s setup and one XC API portal when I try to connect it says: Cannot load portal: incorrect username and password. Any ideas?
