On x5 box Is there a way to get the weather on the homepage to give me my weather and not the weather of my vpn location?

Any suggestions to clean this box. Can't get sdmaid to work,  when I try to delete files using Xplore file manager it won't delete anything. Is it even necessary? Fast task killer works fine but it doesn't delete junk files. New at all this any suggestions would be greatly  appreciated.
