I tried the pin reset and that did not work either. I get the reset screen but can't change the selection. I may see if I can get a replacement. Thanks again...

NI dn't know anyone that has a buzztv product. Thanks, I think I am moving on from Buzztv

Yes I am pointing it directly at the end of the cable. It is less than a year old. The bluetooth worked fine on one of my tv's. I unpaired it and moved it to another tv and it has not worked right since the move. The home screen looks ok, It looks like wifi and bluetooth are connected since thicons are bright. However non of the buttons work except the input and tv power key. I'm about ready to give up on it. I contacted support and got a response asking a couple of questions but haven't heard from them since. Thanks for trying to help. It is appreciated....

BT-200 remote not BT-100

My Vidstick max is unpaired. Bt-100 remote and IR cable not communicating. Fast flashing red light on Bt-100 when I push any button. New batteries in remote and reset the vidstick maxl. Still now response. Any ideas? Thank you..
