Rover1 Posted April 25, 2023 Share Posted April 25, 2023 I just purchased and set up a new X5. I have 2 servers loaded. I use the MAC address format. One of the servers loaded and worked with absolutely no problem at all. However the second server "Crystal" will not connect. The message that I get is Cannot Load Portal: Cannot connect to server due to a connection error. I used to get this message with my XRS4500 with the same server every time there was an update for the Buzz. I had to contact the server people to refresh the line or whatever they did. even with that it would not work sometimes. I have spent the afternoon dealing with the server support staff.
