Stream is not available

My xrs4500 stop working and I cannot see anything the arrow keeps turning round , and if I try to watch a series it says no stream available

Go into server settings  and connect to service

So you hit connect and nothing?

did the box loose internet connection ?  Does the Apitiode market open ?
