Raman Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Last night my unit had an auto update and after the update the unit is stuck in boot mode. Tried several times to restart. What should I do to fix it? Please help. Quote
Guest Gurp Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Mine did the the same after update, now it won't go pass Buzz boot screen. Quote
kyzursozay Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 I sent for RMA e-mail when it happened Thursday early AM EST. Got reply Buzz TV: Our team is working on a solution for XPL 3900 stuck in boot mode. Your continued Patience in this matter is appreciated. Just now the fix is being tested. It will be a download to USB thumb drive that can be used in Android recovery mode. Quote

kyzursozay Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Fix works like a charm. Extra patience (extra set of hands) will help immensely when attempting fix! Quote
kyzursozay Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Inside A/V output hole on back of unit left of HDMI. Use paperclip or toothpick to feel it click. Hold down while simultaneously applying power to get in recovery screen. Took me several attempts at first then use volume up/down keys to highlight ext USB or micro SD whichever you downloaded file too. Good luck! Quote
