XC Aip log ins

Purchase a new X5 128 Box.

I have set up 3 different ip services using The XC AIP Longin menu and 2 of the 3 load and work well but one loads ok but will not stream. I get a black screen.

and an error message say no stream available. The channels menu works and shows all my channels but will not stream.

I checked and rechecked my login info and all is ok. (Work fine on a different Android Box) and I have 5 connections I can use.)

when i use menu see the service showing 5 connections and 0 connected.  I have an app on My buzz tv with Tivimate and all services work ok.

What could be wrong.

Have you tried other media player?

Account info will not show how many streams are being used

mine shows how many are connected to an account

Yes, I tried on Multiplayer. Works fine using Tivi Mate app
